We pour low to medium production Aluminum castings ranging from less than 1 lb up to 150 lb castings. We make our molds with oil-bonded sand which provides a superior surface finish. We also have air-set sand capabilities for making cores or complex molds. Weather you need one casting or hundreds, we can help make your designs a reality.
Pattern Making
At Cope & Drag Kustoms we can manufacture your patterns here in house. We have years of expertise in gating and risering design that is sure to make higher quality castings. Additionally we utilize the latest advancements in additive manufacturing to build patterns at lower cost to our customers.
